- Use of information. I use your personal information to establish and administer your accounts, to alert you to services I provide and to fulfill regulatory obligations.
- Sharing information for the purpose of providing services. I disclose your personal information to those parties who assist me in processing your transactions or otherwise providing service to your accounts.
- Sharing information for legal purposes. In certain circumstances, I may share personal information as required or permitted by law. I may do so, for example, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities. I will inform you if permitted by law.
